Pelvic floor physical therapy is an unknown field to most of the general population, especially depending on what city and state you are located in. If you have answered yes to any of those questions, then you could definitely benefit from pelvic floor rehabilitation! These can be very sensitive matters to discuss, but I would highly encourage you to reach out to a pelvic floor physical therapist near you to discuss if you can benefit from our interventions!
