After an unexpectedly long pause, it feels truly wonderful to be back in this space. Over the past several months, my work as a women’s health physical therapist has been incredibly full—full of supporting patients through healing, movement, and major life transitions; full of problem-solving, advocating, and celebrating progress in all its forms. It’s been rewarding in the best possible ways, but it also meant my writing took a backseat for a while.
And I’ve missed it. I’ve missed having the time to step outside the treatment room and reflect on the topics that so many women quietly struggle with—pelvic health, postpartum recovery, pain, strength, mobility, and the often-overlooked ways our bodies carry our stories. I’ve missed sharing evidence-based insights, practical tips, and the kind of education that empowers women to feel more connected to their bodies.
Now that the busiest season has eased, I’m returning to the blog with renewed energy and a clear sense of purpose. I’m excited to explore the conversations that matter most in women’s health physical therapy—pelvic floor function, core and hip stability, pregnancy and postpartum changes, sexual health, movement confidence, and the everyday habits that support a stronger, healthier life.
Thank you for your patience during the quiet stretch. I’m so grateful you’re here, and I can’t wait to dive back in with thoughtful, supportive content designed to help women understand, trust, and care for their bodies. Here’s to new insights, empowering information, and continuing this journey together.
So now that we’re back, in big updates for my locals I will have a blog coming out about why I didn’t renew my insurance contracts, and also why I didn’t renew my office space lease! I’m really excited about the changes I’m making in my business and I honestly think it’s going to be better for my health/mentality in the long run. Not to mention I will be in a better space to take care of my patients, which always has to be priority number one!!
So stay tuned as we go through this change together, but I can truly say. It’s good to be back!
